Welcome

The Western Maryland Heritage Foundation in cooperation with der Erste Zug is proud to announce "The Battle for Caen" tactical living history event!  This will be the 1st time there has ever been a "just" British & Commonwealth vs. German tactical!!!  It is planned to run all weekend, from Friday night to hopefully Sunday morning (yes, possibly 36 hours) or at least Saturday night.  The site for this tactical living history is located on a farm just outside of Hagerstown, MD.  The event will be run in a way not seen at most WWII reenactments.  Authenticity will be strictly enforced, proper tactics used, and much more.  Impressions will be regulated, so be sure to read the various guidelines found on this site.  Please continue to check back for more updates as they arrive.
